Guideline for digital photos

 

• Send your photos to contact@excel-dental.com and include case number or patient's name.
• The photo file should be in the format of .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif and should be less than 500 KB in size.
• If the photo is sent for us to view the color shade, please take photo of both the teeth AND the shade guide in comparison with each other. Also make sure that the code "A1, A2..." is visible on the shade guide.
• The lighting should be sufficient and even on all the teeth and shade guide.
